Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (within India):
Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.
Estimated Delivery Timelines: Local (within Kerala): Typically 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Metro Cities (outside Kerala): Typically 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Other Tier I & II Cities: Typically 4-7 business days after dispatch.
Rest of India (including remote areas & North East): Typically 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or your location.
International Shipping:
At present, we primarily ship within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at [hello@tstories.in] before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if feasible. If international shipping is arranged, estimated delivery times and costs will be communicated to you separately. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Dispatch Notification & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order using the tracking link provided or via our "Track Order" page on the website (https://tstories.shiprocket.co/).

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or misdelivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@tstories.in or call us at +91 9048815888 . We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages: If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe plus a few buffer days, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping carrier.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If they are unable to deliver the package after these attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
