We take immense pride in crafting a delightful journey for your taste buds with our single-origin teas. However, sometimes, even the most captivating expeditions require a change in course. If for any reason, your tea selection isn't quite the perfect cuppa you envisioned, fret not! We offer a 15-day explorer's guarantee to ensure your happiness. Simply reach out to our friendly tea connoisseurs at hello@tstories.in and let them know what's brewing.

 

Changing Your Mind? Cancel or Modify your order

We understand that plans can change as quickly as the wind whispers through a tea field. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, just let us know at hello@tstories.in before it sets sail on its journey to you. Once your tea embarks on its adventure, we might not be able to catch it in time. But hey, if you reach out within 12 hours, we'll make sure your refund sails smoothly back to you within 14 business days.

 

Returning Your Tea

Sometimes, even the most fragrant brew may not be your cup of tea. If you'd like to return an unused item within 15 days of receiving it, simply send it back in its original, unblemished packaging. Remember, tea leaves are delicate creatures, and we can't accept returns for items that have been used, enjoyed (we get it!), or gotten a bit rough around the edges.

To initiate your return journey, email us at hello@tstories.in with your order number and the reason for your return. Once our tea connoisseurs wave your return a warm welcome, you can send it back to us. Don't forget to include your order number and shipping name in the package – it helps us reunite you with your refund faster. Remember, you're responsible for the return voyage, but we won't charge you for any damage that happened during the initial delivery.

Once your tea returns, we'll take up to 7 business days to inspect it and ensure it's in tip-top shape. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 14 business days from the confirmation date. Keep in mind, refunds might take a little longer to appear depending on your bank's magic touch.

A Few Things to Remember:

  • We can't offer refunds for used items, sale treasures, or gift cards.
  • Any discounts or loyalty rewards used on your order won't be returned either.
  • Refunds are processed in the same currency you used to purchase your tea, so keep in mind any foreign transaction fees.
  • We take great care in packaging your tea, but if it arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. Send a picture to hello@tstories.in, and we'll see if we can brew up a replacement for you, free of charge.

 

Shipping & Delivery Notes:

While we strive to get your tea to you as quickly as a freshly brewed cup cools, we can't control any delays caused by the delivery service, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you encounter any delivery issues, feel free to reach out to us at hello@tstories.in. We'll do our best to help, but please note we can't be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 

Fraud Prevention:

To safeguard your tea adventures, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor. We also keep a watchful eye on transactions for any suspicious activity and might request additional information for verification. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify you immediately.
