The set splits into two temperature zones. White and green teas — The Lockhart Lux and The Pattumalay Emerald — brew at 80–85°C (boil your water, wait 4–5 minutes, then pour) for 2–3 minutes. All four black teas brew at 90–100°C: The Palar Onyx and The Kolukkumalai Parable at 100°C for 3–4 minutes; The Surianalle Sequel and The Talayar Tidings at 90–95°C for 2–5 minutes. Use 2g per 150ml across all six. The white and green teas should be drunk without milk; the CTC teas work well with milk and sugar.
